As a graduate of a Business School in Economics and Mathematical Econometrics (Toulouse), Abdellah CHENGUITI has 30 years of experience in human resources management (including 18 as HRD) in the industrial and tertiary sectors: OCP Group (Extraction and phosphate treatment), SAMIR (Oil refining), AKZO NOBEL COATINGS Morocco (Paint, varnish and thinners industry), NEXANS Morocco (Cable industry), G4S Morocco (Security and installation) and more.
As a graduate of a Business School (MBA Business School and Business School program in Canada), Esther Monfort specializes in retail sales and more specifically in sales and the management of sales teams. From the sale of consumer goods to the management of key accounts for complex financial and legal products, through point of sale management and key account management, she has developed her expertise in France and abroad, in companies leading in their respective markets. She is also interested in digital transformation of sales sector.
CSR Strategy and Sustainable Communication
As a graduate of Sciences Po and « Ecole des Mines » in Paris, Mamoun Ghallab has made sustainable development his specialty in his professional and personal life.
After working in France in an environmental strategy consulting firm and in Morocco in the OCP group's sustainable development department, he created MakeSense (www.makesense.ma) in 2015. Among its activities: CSR strategy consulting, sustainable communication, teaching and conducting seminars, conducting studies on environmental topics and more.
Finance and Banking
Finance expert with an extensive amount of experience in the financial services industry in national and international environments, Mehdi Kettani is currently responsible for infrastructure, telecommunications, industry, services, oil and gas and sovereign finance projects at Attijariwafa bank, a corporate and investment bank, which covers operations in some fifteen countries. Before joining the banking sector, he worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' consulting business in France.
With a doctorate in management sciences from the University of Burgundy, Mehdi Nekhili is currently a university professor, authorized to direct research at the University of Le Mans. He is Deputy Director of the GAINS Laboratory and Chair of the CCA at the same university. His research focuses on finance and corporate governance. His work is published in numerous high-level national and international academic journals, such as Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, Audit: Journal of Practice & Theory and more.
A lawyer specialized in business law, management and strategic communication, Raja Bensaoud has held several positions of responsibility in major Moroccan public organizations.
She was Director of Legal Affairs at the ODEP (Port Operations Office), Ministerial Chief of Staff, Advisor to the President of Royal Air Maroc and Communication Director of the same company. She has also been vice-president of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco.
As a graduate from Fontenay / Saint-Cloud and Sciences Po Paris, Pierre Bonzom holds a degree in economics and social sciences and holds a DEA in monetary Financing for banks. For nearly 30 years, he held various management and technical positions with a major international banking group in France, Brazil, Greece, Egypt, China and Morocco. He has developed a recognized know-how in management, organization and change management through the projects of subsidiaries creation, mergers and integration entrusted to him in different countries.
Finance and strategy
As the current Director of CDG's strategic financial operations and head of CDG Group acquisitions and partnerships, Samia Mouline has 11 years of experience in financing companies and investment teams in France and Morocco, mainly in CDG and BNP Paribas groups. After studying at a business school (Paris and Singapore), she joined BNP Paribas headquarters in Paris in 2007 as part of a financial engineering team responsible for structuring the BNP Paribas Group's external growth operations.
A Consultant in corporate communication for nearly 15 years, Thomas Brun graduated with a Masters in Political and Social Communication at the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He collaborated with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Order of Accountants in France before settling in Casablanca in 2008. He develops consulting and training activities with major Moroccan organizations (OCP, Domino Pizza, Vivo Energy, Maroc Telecom, Renault, etc.) and in Africa (Central Bank of West African States, Ministry of Economy of Cameroon, etc.).
Marketing and commerce
As a graduate from a business school (master's degree in management "Grandes Ecoles" and a master's degree in marketing from the University of Lisbon) and after a first career in sales at Nestle France and operational marketing within the group Chantelle, Valérie Detry is moving towards digital functions in an agency (the start-up becomes FABERNOVEL CODE) then in business at INFOMINEO (a major player in the search for data on the MEA region) where she is currently working. Within this company, she focuses specifially on the constitution of the Marketing and Commercial divisions.
Strategy and management
With more than 10 years of experience in business consulting, strategy and management in Morocco and abroad, Youssef Lahlou is currently Managing Partner at Accuracy Intelligence. Before founding Accuracy Intelligence, Youssef was Director of the Strategy and Development Division of Casablanca Finance City Authority, responsible for the development of the African network of the Moroccan financial center and led business intelligence and competitive intelligence activities. Youssef Lahlou graduated from emlyon business school and completed part of his studies at the Manchester Business School (UK).
